- Selecting : partnerships with winegrowers since 1871, with the respect for nature and terroirs
- Ageing : a unique cellar in Bordeaux for ageing (600 new barrels of French origin, 7 French oak tuns, 10 terracotta amphorae...).
- Blending : more than expertise, a culture upheld since 1871 by Kressmann's leaders (also oenologists). An integrated oenology and analysis laboratory. No purchases without tasting and analysis.
- Bottling and packing : a large bottling facility with high quality (IFS) and environnement standards (ISO 14001, Organic since 2013, …) and Corporate Social Responsibility (ISO 26000).
- Distributing : more than 500 clients in the OFF and ON TRADE, some of whom have been with us for 40 years.
