I try to help companies (and their leaders) wine maker or producer, cooperative, trading company to define and specify their strategy and to apply it through implements, methods, technics (to negociate and sale).
I folllow them.To allow their sucess, to plan (and reach) aims, i analyse the market.
But don't do classical audit.
I'm not trying to find thanks to market analysis, business models, because i think that it doesn't exist in wine market and industy. It was an intuition based on my own commercial experience 20 years ago. Today i can be certain of it because of my own results and above all as the conclusion of a tremendous internation resarch published in 2019 by Jean-Marie Cardebat (an international wine economist ; « The Palgrave Handbook of Sine Industry Economics »).
Two-third of wine value is created by sale : so i propose some practical project to help you how to reach a good value sharing.
